Ordinations
Pam Beattie is being ordained priest and Jenny Hunt is being ordained deacon on the last weekend of June in the Cathedral. Please click below for more details. Remember them both in your prayers over the next few weeks as they both start the next stages of their ministries.
Nettleham Carnival Help
We are in need of one gazebo for the carnival, as one of ours was damaged last year.
Would anyone from the PCC or congregation be willing to help by lending or donating a gazebo for the event?
We are also looking for volunteers to take part in and help run the Mr & Mrs Noah game at the Churches Together stall near The Plough on the day.
If you would be happy to volunteer, please let John Dent or David Subden know. We’ve got a performance by the singing puppets happening in church too – so do let family and friends know about this so they can come along and join the fun!
Refreshments in All Saints during the Carnival 11th July 2026.
We would like to provide tea/coffee and cake in All Saints Church during the Carnival on the 11th July this year. If you would like to be involved on the day or if you would like to provide a cake we invite you to sign up to the rota and/or cake list at the back of the church. We hope having a rota on the day will allow you to participate as well as have time to enjoy the carnival as well. We hope, if you join us, it will be fun. Thank you. Jane Hanson and Jocelyn Pilbeam.
To Love and Serve the Lord
This diocesan course will run here in our room in The Hub at 7pm begining on a Tuesday June 2nd 2026. It’s a great course if you are interested in deepening your Christian faith or exploring how you might be called to serve? The “To Love and Serve the Lord” course, offered by the Diocese of Lincoln, provides a welcoming space to grow in understanding, reflect on your vocation, and consider how you can live out your faith in everyday life. Whether you are simply curious or sensing a call to greater involvement in church life, this course is a great starting point and a pathway into lay ministry and service within our community.
