Parochial Church Council

This is the body which shares with the Rector the responsibility for All Saints Church, its finances, its building, its mission, its worship and all its activities.

Nearly all PCC members are elected by an annual meeting of everyone on the electoral roll of the parish. Licensed or beneficed clergy are automatic members, as are the two Churchwardens, elected by the parish, as are people from All Saints who have been elected to serve on our Deanery Synod, our Diocesan Synod, and even potentially General Synod. Our elected PCC members are drawn from our various congregations at All Saints.

The PCC meets about 9 times a year, and the agenda and minutes are published in church and on this website.

From the PCC is drawn a Standing Committee that deals with a lot of day-to-day business.

The PCC is chaired by the Rector, or by the Vice-Chair, Michael Smalley.
