All Saints Nettleham
All Saints, Nettleham is the Parish Church for the large Lincolnshire village of Nettleham.
During the Coronavirus pandemic, we flourished - mostly online. Huge numbers of people joined us for worship. We adapted and were able to maintain our groups for prayer, worship, fellowship, caring for each other, working for the wider community.
Social distancing for a time meant closing our church, but we just got closer and closer online, on the phone, through mutual support and through prayer. The pandemic taught us many things, including to value those who were not able to join us, or more cautious about joining us in person. We continue to live-stream our services, even though we are now fully open. We continue to have a service at 8.30am every Sunday in which our Covid-19 protocols are maintained in full, so that everyone can attend worship in a way in which they feel is safe.
Quick access
Welcome to all who have been part of our christian community for some time. Welcome to all who have been in touch or worshipping with us since we've moved online. Welcome to all who come to visit. We are delighted to greet you and would love to get to know you better. Come and join us!
The heart of our life as a church is regular gathering at the Lord's table, meeting the Lord in the bread and wine, and giving worship to God by our offering. With our church closed, that is in many ways imperfect, and in many ways these are wilderness months. But we do meet, we do worship, we do "feed on him in our hearts by faith with thanksgiving".
There has never been a better time to explore the story of God's creative love, Jesus's selfless gift and the Spirit's powerful support. And it has never been more needed. Join with us. Let us know if we can do anything for you. And take courage and comfort from God and your church in Nettleham.
God is here. Make yourselves at home!
