Tower Emergency Appeal
We have discovered a major problem of failing medieval stonework on the north face of our 13th Century tower. Until it is fixed we can't ring the bells, we can't use the loo and kitchen immediately beneath it, and there is a risk of it getting worse - even catastrophic failure. We are working on this during July and August, 2019.
We need to find £20,000 in a very short time.
Please give generously, and if you pay tax, give your details so we can recover another 25%.
Your gift, whether a little or a lot will be immensely appreciated. Your gift will be anonymous unless you ask otherwise. We'd love to have a roll of honour for those individuals or businesses that have given £500 or more. Please
email us at the office
.
If you prefer to make a donation by cheque, then please make it payable to “Nettleham PCC” and drop it into the office at 2A, 22 The Green, Nettleham. If you are a UK taxpayer and are happy for us to recover tax on your donation through the Gift Aid scheme, please
download a request form
, complete and sign it, and include it with your cheque.
We also plan to make a list of members of a 100-club - people or businesses that have given at least £100. Again, let us know when you make the donation if you'd like public acknowledgement.
Thank you.
